Once you’ve joined your school’s sector, a new section called ”Academy” will appear in the menu on the left. In this section, you will fill in study-related information.

1. Go to the ”Student information” section
From the menu on the left, click on ”Student information” under the ”Academy” section.

2. Join a student group
In the ”Student group / degree programme” section, click the ”Change” button and select the correct group from the dropdown menu. Then, click the ”Join” button. Alternatively, you can join using a group ID. In that case, click ”Join with group ID”. You will receive the group name or ID from your teacher.

3. Add your internship preferences
Once you’ve joined a student group, a section called ”Training period wish” will appear below the ”Student group / degree programme” section. You can write your internship preferences there. If the section doesn’t appear immediately, refresh the page in your browser.

4. Add your graduation details
In the ”Graduation” section, click the ”Change” button and fill in the details.

5. Once your teacher confirms your training period, you will receive an email notification. It will then appear under the ”Internship” section.
